Trevor brings more than a decade of leadership experience across pet care, hospitality, and retail operations. His animal care career includes serving as General Manager of a dog and cat boarding facility near the Jacksonville, Florida airport, where he cared for the pets of clients traveling from all over the world. During his time there, he also housed and cared for police dogs, an experience that shaped his high standards for professional animal care.

Trevor went on to spend seven years at one of the world's largest technology companies, where he led and mentored a team of 28 technicians, focusing on coaching, operational excellence, and customer experience. His earlier career managing restaurant and university dining operations, including at The Ohio State University, built his foundation in running fast-paced, detail-driven teams.

As General Manager of Inn The Doghouse Avon, Trevor oversees daily operations, though you'll most often find him on the floor with the pack. At home, he's happily outnumbered by his own crew: his two boys, Arthur and Merlin, and his cats, Mac and Freya.
